Division of Wine
1. Duties and responsibilities of the of the Division of Wine are:
1.1. Proposes, drafts and ensures implementation of documents and policies and strategies for development of Wines;
1.2. Prepares strategic plans for development of Wines;
1.3. Manages the requests for safety number (NZK);
1.4. Creates conditions for training and human capacity enhancement in analytical and organoleptic testing of the wine;
1.5. Issuing documents regarding quality control of wines;
1.1. Manages and organises the process of organoleptic testing of the wine;
1.2. Receives inspection reports from respective inspector;
1.3. Checks the reports of the stated data from production companies for annual production and stocks;
1.4. Drafts procedures regarding establishment of professional commissions related to wine quality control;
1.5. Responds to complaints from wine production companies;
1.6. Prepares and distributes reports from Wines for interested parties.
